Jim’s background is in journalism. He spent two decades as a newspaper reporter and editor in the Pacific Northwest before he started editing book manuscripts full-time. Since 2010, he's worked with hundreds of novels and clients. Jim specializes in line-editing, a substantive story-and-copy edit after your work has gone through peer critiques and developmental reviews. How many people can say they live in their hometown and love what they do? Jim can. He lives on Bainbridge Island in Washington (where he grew up), works with authors, and writes suspense novels in his spare time.
